[eng] From the business organizational point of view, Holacracy is calling the attention of numerous companies due to the particular characteristics that defend organizations with no-bosses and no job titles, in which all the employees are responsible to lead their different tasks and roles assigned having the autonomy to decide and act over the different problems that may occur. A company worth highlighting is Zappos, which is described as one of the companies with the best customer experience.
In order to carry out the research, a systematic review of economic articles has been carried out and consulting also the information provided by the HolacracyOne and ZapposInsight websites. Information from the book “Holacracy: The New Management System for a Rapidly Changing World” written by Brian Robertson has also been included.
The conclusion that comes from this research is that in this type of organization where self-management prevail are better for small and medium companies, and to those who have a strong company culture.
