Análisis comercial del consumo de servicios con elevado riesgo de exposición al COVID-19

Abstract

[spa] Durante 2020, el mundo entero está conmocionado con la pandemia del COVID-19; gobiernos, ciudadanos y empresas intentan tomar las mejores decisiones en un entorno de incertidumbre, escasez de algunos bienes y servicios, legislación cambiante y novedades en cuanto a las características del virus. Con el fin del confinamiento en España y el inicio de la «nueva normalidad» decretado por el Gobierno, el conjunto de la población a vuelto a una parte de sus actividades anteriores al confinamiento. Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene por objetivo analizar el comportamiento de consumo de la población palmesana en servicios que implican un considerable riesgo de contagio.

[eng] During 2020, the entire world is shocked by the COVID-19 pandemic; Governments, citizens and companies try to make the best decisions in an environment of uncertainty, scarcity of some goods and services, changing legislation and news regarding the characteristics of the virus. With the end of the confinement in Spain and the beginning of the «new normal» decreed by the Government, the population as a whole has returned to a part of its activities prior to the confinement. This final degree project aims to analyze the consumption behavior of the citizens of Palma in services that involve a considerable risk of contagion.
