[spa] La elección de comparar dos empresas hoteleras se debe al interés personal mostrado en el sector turístico y concretamente en el de los establecimientos hoteleros de alta gama. Dada la situación actual de crecimiento turístico en la que se encuentra Ibiza, destino por naturaleza de un turista joven, exigente, y que le gusta la noche, unido a un turismo familiar de clase media alta, es el momento oportuno para conocer el valor añadido que aporta cada cadena y cual puede ser su futuro. La primera empresa que vamos a analizar es Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, S.L. la cual ocupa el sexto puesto del Ranking de las 200 empresas de Baleares con mayores beneficios en 2018, esta empresa se va a comparar con Ocean Hoteles e Inversiones, S.L.

Given the current situation of tourist growth in which Ibiza is located, destination by nature of young tourists, demanding, and who likes the nightlife, together with a family tourism of upper middle class, is the opportune moment to know the added value that each chain contributes and what its future can be. The first company we are going to analyse is Fiesta Hotels & Resorts, S.L., which is in the sixth position of the Ranking of the 200 Balearic companies with greater benefits in 2018. We are going to compare this company with Ocean Hoteles e Inversiones, S.L.
