dc.description.abstract [eng] The phenomenon of entrepreneurship has been growing and acquiring greater importance in recent decades, both for the private sector and for national and international governments. This great relevance is due to the importance that this activity has in the impact on job creation and the economy. This paper will draw a theoretical framework where analyses the policies and tools that governments carry out to encourage entrepreneurial activity. Also, an analysis of the current entrepreneurial situation in Spain will be done. It then, carries out an empirical analysis of the Emprende en 3 platform, which aims to speed up the procedures for creating companies. The analysis will consist of studying the relationship between joining the programme and the creation of companies in the municipalities of Spain. ca
