Anàlisis econòmic i valoració de mercat de l’empresa Serra Sport

Abstract

[cat] El present treball fi de grau es centra en un projecte empresarial, fonamentalment en la valoració de l’empresa objecte d’estudi, una empresa real, que es troba actualment operativa. En primer lloc s’ha analitzat l’entorn de l’empresa, la seva estructura organitzativa i s’ha dut a terme un anàlisi DAFO per determinar possibles recomanacions estratègiques, organitzatives i de màrqueting que poden influir positivament en el futur del projecte. En segon lloc s’han determinat les variables claus per analitzar la valoració de l’empresa i s’han dut a terme projeccions d’estructura financera, ingressos, despeses i fluxos de caixa, que han permès establir la valoració de l’entitat. Finalment s’ha realitzat un anàlisi de diversos escenaris de les projeccions i un anàlisi de sensibilitat de les variables clau del negoci.

[eng] The present final thesis relates to a business project. Actually, it is based on the economic valuation of a company which is nowadays operating on the market. Firstly, we have analysed the environment of the company, its organisational structure and we have carried out a SWOT analysis to reach strategic and organisational recommendations that can influence positively the future success of the project. Secondly, we have determined the key variables to analyse the valuation of the company. We have carried out projections of its financial structure, its revenues, expenses and cash-flows. Using the appropriate methods, we have established the valuation of the organization. Finally, we have analysed some scenarios of the basic projections and undertaken a sensitivity analysis depending on key variables of the company.
