Avaluació integral d'un projecte empresarial

Abstract

[cat] L’objectiu d’aquest treball és dur a terme un anàlisis integral d’un projecte empresarial, en aquest cas, es proposa si es viable reformar i emprendre amb un agroturisme a Mallorca. Aquesta proposta apareix en un moment post-Covid19, enfocat a un turisme rural, cultural i sostenible. Per la situació present, és un model de negoci que sempre ha funcionat a Mallorca, però que tindrà més valor i més demanda a partir d’ara ja que es valorarà més la tranquil·litat, l’espai de cada persona, enfora de les aglomeracions, com una alternativa al turisme de masses i per afavorir la desestacionalització.

[eng] The main objective of this paper is to analyse a viability study of a business project, in that case, it’s going to be studied if it’s economically viable to reform and start with an agrotourism located in Mallorca. That project it’s born in a situation post-Covid19, focused on rural, cultural and sustainable tourism. That kind of business model normally works in Mallorca, but due to that situation, will be more demanded and also people will take more into account peace of mind, personal space, to be far away from agglomerations, as an alternative to mass tourism and to encourage tourist deseasonalisation.
