La regulación contable de las ESFL

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar las Entidades Sin Fines Lucrativos (ESFL) en el aspecto contable, profundizando en las fundaciones y asociaciones. Primero de todo explicaré qué son estas entidades, orígenes, características, entre otros, para saber en qué se diferencian de las empresas. Posteriormente explicaré la normativa contable española que engloba a todas las empresas para así, en el punto siguiente, analizar el mismo tema pero en relación a las ESFL para saber en qué se diferencian en el ámbito contable. Seguidamente se expondrá el Plan Contable de las ESFL (PCESFL) y Plan Contable de Pequeñas y Medianas ESFL (PCPyMESFL) y el porqué de una adaptación, ya que es el objetivo del trabajo. Por último, expondré las conclusiones más relevantes basadas en el análisis hecho durante todo el trabajo.

[eng] The objective of this project is to show the Nonprofit Organizations (NPO) in the accounting aspect, delving into foundations and associations. First of all, I will explain what these entities are, origins, characteristics, among others, to get to know how different they are from companies. Subsequently, I will explain the Spanish accounting regulations covering all companies, and, with this information, in the next point, I will analyze the same topic but regarding the NPO, so we will know how different they are in the accounting field. Afterwards, I will present the NPO accounting plan and the reason why it exists an adaptation, as this is the main objective of this project. Lastly, I will explain the most relevant conclusions based on the analysis explained throughout the project.
