El proceso privatizador español

[spa] En las últimas décadas del s. XX dentro del contexto internacional ha habido una oleada de privatizaciones, empezando por el Reino Unido, seguido de Estados Unidos y varios países europeos y entre ellos España. En este trabajo analizaremos las privatizaciones en España y como han ido evolucionando en sus diferentes etapas. Poniendo el foco en identificar las motivaciones realizando un análisis de las mejoras y de las consecuencias que lleva esa toma de decisiones. Los resultados son variados y parece que no todos los estudios apoyan a una mejora de la eficiencia en la empresa privada.

[eng] In the last decades of the 20th century within the international context has been a surge of privatizations, starting in the UK, after USA and some European countries including Spain. In this assignment we will analyse the privatizations in Spain and how they have been developing in the different stages. This work is focused in identifying the motivation doing an analyse of the progress and the consequences of this decisions that has been done. The results are assorted and seems that not all of the studies support an improvement in the efficiency of the private companies.
