Evolución del precio de la vivienda de alquiler en Palma

[spa] A continuación, se va a realizar un estudio el objetivo del cual será tratar de explicar la evolución que han seguido los precios de la vivienda de alquiler en la ciudad de Palma, así como las causas que han motivado esa evolución. Con tal de obtener una información más concreta el estudio se desglosará por barrios. La serie temporal abarcará desde el pinchazo de la burbuja inmobiliaria que dio paso al comienzo de la crisis en el año 2008 hasta la actualidad y se valdrá de una serie de gráficos para ilustrar las diferentes trayectorias que han seguidos los precios de cada barrio.

[eng] Next, a study will be carried out with the objective of trying to explain the evolution that rental housing prices have followed in the city of Palma, as well as the causes that have motivated this evolution. In order to obtain more specific information, the study will be broken down by neighborhood. The time series will cover from the puncture of the real estate bubble that gave way to the beginning of the crisis in 2008 to the present day and will use a series of charts to illustrate the different trajectories that each neighborhood prices has followed.
