Diferencias entre hombres y mujeres en el nivel de formación, situación laboral y profesional. Análisis de la EADA

[spa] Este trabajo consiste en un análisis estadístico y econométrico de la Encuesta sobre la participación de la población adulta en actividades de aprendizaje (EADA) realizada por el INE quinquenalmente. Nuestro análisis será sobre la EADA del año 2016, aunque podremos comparar ciertos aspectos con la realizada en el año 2011. Las cuestiones que queremos resolver son: 1. ¿Cómo es la situación laboral en España? ¿Hay diferencias de género? 2. En cuanto al nivel máximo de estudios obtenido, ¿hay diferencias de género? 3. ¿Qué variables influyen en que una persona tenga estudios? 4. ¿Qué variables explican la situación laboral en España? 5. ¿Qué variables explican la situación profesional en España? 6. ¿Qué opina la población sobre las anteriores cuestiones? 7. Por último, nos gustaría saber si ha evolucionado la situación laboral, el nivel de estudios y la situación lingüística en España. Para intentar resolver estas preguntas, realizaremos un análisis estadístico a través del programa Excel, creando tablas y gráficos descriptivos de la muestra, y un análisis econométrico utilizando el programa Gretl, estimando modelos que nos ayuden a explicar las variables seleccionadas.

[eng] This document consists of a statistical and econometric analysis of the “EADA” that is the survey on the participation of the adult population in learning activities carried out by the INE every five years. Our analysis will be on the EADA of the year 2016, although we can compare certain aspects with the one carried out in 2011. The questions we want to solve are: 1. How is the employment situation in Spain? Are there gender differences? 2. Regarding the maximum level of studies obtained, are there gender differences? 3. What variables influence a person having studies? 4. What variables explain the employment situation in Spain? 5. What variables explain the professional situation in Spain? 6. What does the population think about the above questions? 7. Finally, we would like to know if the employment situation, the level of studies and the linguistic situation in Spain have evolved. To solve these questions, we will perform a statistical analysis through the Excel program, creating descriptive tables and graphs of the sample, and an econometric analysis using the Gretl program, estimating models that help us explain the selected variables.
