El suport dins l'aula a l'IES Manacor. Propostes de millora per a un suport més inclusiu a l'aula.

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball d’investigació se centra en el suport dins l’aula d’un institut de secundària. L’objecte d’estudi del treball és l’anàlisi del funcionament d’aquest suport i la identificació de debilitats i mancances que pugui presentar, partint de la base dels principis de la inclusió i dels estudis que s’han realitzat fins al dia d’avui referents a inclusió i atenció a la diversitat. Per a la realització d’aquest treball s’ha utilitzat una metodologia de recerca avaluativa i les tècniques de recollida d’informació emprades han estat l’observació, el qüestionari i el grup de discussió, per tant hi ha una part d’investigació qualitativa i una part d’investigació quantitativa. El treball consta de quatre apartats a destacar: estat de la qüestió, disseny i desenvolupament de la investigació, anàlisi dels resultats i propostes de millora.

[eng] This research work focuses on the support within the classroom of a secondary school. The object of study of the project is the analysis of functioning about this support and the identification of weaknesses and deficiencies, starting from the basis of the principles of inclusion and the studies that have been done to date about inclusion and attention to diversity. To carry out this work an evaluation research methodology has been used and the information collection techniques used have been observation, questionnaire and discussion, therefore there is a part of qualitative research and a part of quantitative research. The work consists of four sections to be highlighted: state of the art, design and development of the research, analysis of the results and proposals for improvement.
