El estímulo emocional del juego en el área de la Educación Física

[spa] ¿Qué tipología de juego despierta más emociones en los alumnos?¿Cuál de esos tipos de juegos es el más idóneo para las clases de educación física? En el siguiente Trabajo de Final de Máster tiene como tema central la estimulación emocional que los alumnos perciben con la práctica de los juegos seleccionados y desarrollados en este estudio. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar qué estímulo emocional emiten cuatro tipos de juegos sobre el alumnado y cuál de ellos producen más experiencias positivas sobre los participantes. Para llevar a cabo este TFM, se analizaron cuatro grupos de 1º de ESO, con un total de 107 participantes del instituto donde he realizado las prácticas el IES Ca`n Peu Blanc, en la localidad de Sa Pobla ubicado en la comarca del Raiguer. La recogida de datos se llevó a cabo durante las sesiones donde se realizaron los juegos seleccionados para el estudio, mediante una encuesta sobre las distintas emociones con un valor numérico donde el participante evalúa la propia percepción emocional durante el desarrollo de la actividad. Este instrumento utilizado es la escala de GES. Como ya ha dicho anteriormente, la finalidad de esta investigación es analizar que tipología de juego es la más idónea en las clases de educación física generando el mayor número de experiencias positivas a los practicantes. Para finalizar, las expectativas puestas en este estudio, es que los juegos se adapten a los participantes, pero también que a través de esas acciones motrices generen actitudes y comportamientos que les puedan ayudar en un futuro.

[eng] What type of game awakens more emotions in the students? Which of those types of games is the most suitable for physical education classes? In the following Master's Final Project, the central theme is the emotional stimulation that students perceive with the practice of the games selected and developed in this study. The objective of this research is to analyze which emotional stimulus emit four types of games on students and which of them produce more positive experiences on the participants. To carry out this TFM, four groups of 1 of ESO were analyzed, with a total of 107 participants of the institute where I performed the IES Ca`n Peu Blanc, in the town of Sa Pobla located in the Raiguer region. The data collection was carried out during the sessions where the games selected for the study were carried out, by means of a survey on the different emotions with a numerical value where the participant evaluates their own emotional perception during the development of the activity. This instrument used is the GES scale. As previously stated, the purpose of this research is to analyze which type of game is the most suitable in physical education classes generating the greatest number of positive experiences for practitioners. Finally, the expectations put in this study, is that the games are adapted to the participants, but also that through these motor actions generate attitudes and behaviors that can help them in the future.
