Las teorías explicativas de la conducta antisocial y delictiva desde una perspectiva histórica

Abstract

[spa] El interés por el conocimiento del origen de la conductas antisociales y delictivas ha ido aumentando a lo largo de los años y se ha convertido en un foco de atención importante4 para la sociedad. El objetivo de este trabajo es tratar de establecer un marco teórico sobre la investigación de la conductas antisocial y delictiva en un contexto histórico que oscila desde el siglo XIX hasta la actualidad, con ello pretende ofrecer un recorrido evolutivo sobre las teorías y modelos más influyentes de la historia, especialmente desde el paradigma social y psicológico. Hasta hace pocos años atrás, al fenómeno delictivo se le atribuía una causa unifactorial, sin embargo, con el avance de los años y el progreso en la investigación, diversos estudios y modelos teóricos, que se contemplaran a lo largo del trabajo, están aportando evidencia científica que demuestra una explicación multidimensional a dichas conductas.

[eng] Interest in knowing the origin of antisocial and criminal behaviour has increased over the last few years and has become an important focal point of attention for the society. The objective of this work is to try to establish a theoretical framework on the investigation of antisocial and criminal behaviour in a historical context that ranges from the nineteenth century to the present, with the aim of offering an evolutionary overview of the most influential theories and models of history, especially from the social and psychological paradigm(aspect). Until a few years ago, the criminal phenomenon was attributed a unifactorial cause, however, with the advance of the years and progress in research, various studies and theoretical models, which were contemplated throughout this work, scientific evidence demonstrates a multidimensional explanation to these behaviours.
