El Greco en Toledo. Estudio historiográfico

Abstract

[spa] En el presente trabajo se realizará un análisis del estudio historiográfico relativo al pensamiento y la práctica artística de El Greco en Toledo. Este estudio se realizará a partir de la investigación bibliográfica que relaciona el artista con un círculo erudito en Toledo, así como la indagación respecto a la influencia del contexto general en el artista. Para verificar el estudio historiográfico se procederá al estudio de algunas obras principales.

[eng] This work is an analysis of the historiographic study regarding Greco’s artistic plastic and thoughts. This is going to be done thanks to the bibliographical investigation which connects the artist with a toledan erudite circle, inquiring into the influence of the general context the artist. To verify this state of the question a short pathway into one selection of his main artworks is going to be done.
