La influencia de los factores cognitivos en el fútbol

[spa] La psicología aplicada al deporte ha ido asumiendo una gran cantidad de relevancia en los últimos años debido en gran medida a que puede ayudar a mejorar a las personas en el deporte que estén practicando. Además, pueden entrenar para mejorar otros aspectos, como la condición física. Por norma general, se habla del beneficio del deporte, pero se debe tener en cuenta cuáles son los factores que afectan en la práctica y rendimiento deportivo. En este contexto, existe la figura del psicólogo deportivo, que ayudará a mejorar las técnicas y a conseguir los logros propuestos. A lo largo de este trabajo, se irán desarrollando las influencias de los factores cognitivos en la práctica del fútbol y cómo pueden afectar en el rendimiento de los deportistas.

[eng] Psychology applied to sport has been assuming a lot of relevance in recent years largely because it is a characteristic of people who can help improve the people in the sport they are practicing, as well as training them as for example the physical condition. As a general rule, we talk about the benefits of sports, but we must take into account the factors or influences that affect practice and sports performance. In this context, there is the figure of the sports psychologist who will help improve the techniques and achieve the proposed achievements. Throughout this work, the influences of cognitive factors will be developed in the practice of football and how they can affect the performance of athletes.
