Estratègies d'educació emocional en l'educació infantil

[cat] L’educació està canviant pel que fa als seus continguts i en les metodologies que s’utilitzen. Ja no és suficient centrar-se únicament en els continguts, si no que cal tenir en compte nous processos d’ensenyament i aprenentatge. Un d’aquests nous processos és l’educació emocional, essencial pel desenvolupament integral de les persones. És hora d’aprendre a ser i aprendre a conviure i això es pot fer millorant la competència emocional. A més, l’etapa infantil és el moment ideal per aquest treball emocional de l’alumnat, perquè des de ben petits puguin reconèixer emocions, gestionar-les i controlar-les. Amb tot això, aquest treball pretén conèixer quines són les estratègies d’educació emocional utilitzades en l’educació infantil. És una recerca bibliogràfica que intenta donar a conèixer estratègies concretes per treballar l’educació emocional, mitjançant una metodologia qualitativa d’anàlisi i síntesi de la revisió realitzada. Els resultats s’han agrupat en cinc apartats: programes, expressió lingüística, expressió artística, gamificació, i expressió emocional. Varietat de possibilitats per a treballar l’educació emocional dins el sistema educatiu que cada vegada té més present aquesta necessitat. I destacant el paper de l’educador que a de dur a terme aquestes estratègies, de la seva preparació i la seva motivació envers aquesta vessant emocional de l’educació .

[eng] Education is changing in terms of its content and the methodologies used. It is no longer enough to focus solely on content, but rather on new teaching and learning processes. One of these new processes is emotional education, essential for the integral development of people. It's time to learn to be and learn to live together, and this can be done by enhancing emotional competence. In addition, the early childhood’s stage is the ideal time for this emotional work of the students, so that they can recognize, manage and control emotions from an early age. With all of this in mind, this work aims to find out what the emotional education strategies are used in early childhood education. It is a bibliographic research that tries to present concrete strategies for working emotional education, by means of a qualitative methodology of analysis and synthesis of the revision made. The results, which have been grouped into five sections: programs, linguistic expression, artistic expression, gamification, and emotional expression. Variety of possibilities for working emotional education within the educational system that is increasingly aware of this need. And emphasizing the role of the educator in carrying out these strategies, of their preparation and their motivation for this emotional aspect of education.
