Evaluación de un proyecto empresarial

Abstract

[esp] En este trabajo de fin de grado se analizará la viabilidad de la creación de un restaurante de comida rápida que sea sostenible a nivel energético, respetuoso con el medio ambiente y que apueste por productos locales. Para analizar dicho proyecto primero hemos presentado el proyecto con todas sus características y también hemos planteado el cómo funcionaría la empresa. Después de definir como opera nuestro restaurante hemos elaborado el plan de márketing analizando nuestros futuros clientes y también estudiando como podemos atraerlos y retenerlos para que nuestro negocio prospere. Finalmente, hemos decidido analizar la viabilidad económica de dicho proyecto teniendo en cuenta diferentes escenarios para así acercarnos más a la realidad.

[eng] In this final degree project, we will analyze the creation of a fast-food restaurant that is sustainable energetically speaking, respectful with the environment and that bets for local products. To analyze this project, first of all we have presented our project with all its characteristics and we have also posed how it will be working. After defining and explaining how our restaurant work, we have elaborated a marketing plan and we have analyzed our future clients and we have studied how to attract and retain them to make our business prosper. Finally, we have decided to evaluate the financial viability of our project considering different scenarios to get as closer as possible to reality
