Abstract

[eng] This end-of-degree project focuses on the possible opening of 4-star hotel in Playa de Muro, Mallorca and determine the profitability of the future hotel project accompanied by a feasibility analysis. First of all, we have obtained the necessary data for the initial investment by conducting a market analysis of the hospitality sector. Secondly, we have analysed the future valuation of the hotel using certain variables and determining revenue projections, expenses and cash flows among others. To conclude, we have run an analysis of the possible scenarios that can be carried out throughout the project and then, recalculate all the data that had previously been performed alongside the characteristics of these scenarios.
