Estudi comparatiu de la motivació de l'alumnat a partir de tres variables: La tipologia de la tasca, el nivell d'habilitat motriu bàsica i el gènere

[cat] En aquest estudi s’ha estudiat i comparat el grau de motivació dels alumnes a partir de diferents factors: la tipologia de la tasca, el nivell d’habilitat motriu bàsica (alta, mitja o baixa) i el gènere. S’han analitzat 90 alumnes de tres grups de batxillerat de l’Institut Cirvianum de Torelló. La mostra ha estat observada de manera sistemàtica per l’autor d’aquest projecte, el qual ha utilitzat taules i qüestionaris com a instruments d’avaluació. Han quedat enregistrades 5 sessions dins les quals hi ha 3 tasques, una per a cada tipologia. Per a cada tasca, s’han tingut en compte 15 indicadors de motivació. Els resultats mostren que l’habilitat motriu bàsica dels alumnes és el factor més determinant en la motivació i que aquesta també es veu influenciada per la tipologia de la tasca, ja que en les tasques no definides l’alumnat es mostra més motivat que en les definides. Per últim, cal dir que el gènere masculí mostra índexs de motivació més elevats que el gènere femení i que, a més, a cada sessió es mostrarà més motivat que a l’anterior. Els resultats obtinguts en aquest projecte han estat comparats amb altres estudis per tal d’augmentar la fiabilitat.

[eng] In this study, the comparison of the motivation of the students according to the typology of the task has been done, considering the basic motor skill level and gender in order to analyse in what type of task the boys and girls with high, middle and low basic motor skills are more motivated. Ninety boys and girls of three different groups of baccalaureates from Institut Cirvianum of Torello have been analysed, through my systematic observation and questionnaires answered by the students. Five sessions have been recorded in which there are three tasks, one for each type. For each task, fifteen motivation indicators have been considered. The results show that the basic motor skill of the students is the most determining factor in motivation and this is also influenced by task typology since in the non-defined tasks it is where they are perceived more motivated differently than in the defined ones in which they seem less motivated. The male gender in the sample has higher motivational indices than the female gender and in addition to comparing the progression of the tasks pre, of the first session to the post of the fifth session, they are more motivated with the fifth ones. The final results of this project, have been compared to other studies in order to increase its reliability.
