El árbol de la vida: una experiencia vivencial con jóvenes tutelados residentes en un centro de protección

[spa] En el presente trabajo se muestran conceptos básicos de las prácticas narrativas realizados por While (2007) y otros autores (Moreno, 2015), asimismo se realiza un estudio detallado acerca del “Árbol de la vida” desarrollado por Ncube (2006) y While (2008) en África con niños huérfanos, víctimas de guerras, con enfermedades como VIH/SIDA, abusos y desastres naturales. Por otro lado, considerando los beneficios que se pueden alcanzar a través de las prácticas narrativas en el bienestar de las personas por medio de conversaciones genuinas, cargadas de significado y de cosido de identidad, este trabajo se centra en ofrecer un espacio para realizar el taller del Árbol de la vida con jóvenes tutelados residentes en un centro de protección, a través del cual se espera crear un clima de confianza en el que puedan rememorar sus historias familiares, sus orígenes, re-descubrir y potenciar sus recursos personales y sus valores, elegir sus historias alternativas, además de fortalecer los vínculos de cohesión grupal entre los niños y entre los niños y el equipo educativo. Finalmente se analizarán los resultados y se valorara el grado de satisfacción de los niños, así como se reflejarán algunas conclusiones.

[eng] This paper shows basic concepts of narrative practices by While (2007) and other authors (Moreno, 2015), as well as a detailed study of the "Tree of Life" developed by Ncube (2006) and While (2008) in Africa with orphaned children, victims of war, diseases such as HIV/AIDS, abuse and natural disasters. On the other hand, considering the benefits that can be achieved through narrative practices in the well-being of people through genuine conversations, loaded with meaning and identity stitching, this work focuses on offering a space to carry out the Tree of Life workshop with young people under guardianship residing in a protection center, through which we hope to create a climate of trust in which they can recall their family histories, their origins, rediscover and enhance their personal resources and values, choose their alternative histories, as well as strengthen the bonds of group cohesion among the children and between the children and the educational team. Finally, the results will be analyzed and the degree of satisfaction of the children will be assessed, as well as some conclusions.
