Formación del profesorado en proyectos de prevención de violencia de género en Palma de Mallorca

Abstract

[spa] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se muestra un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo en base a la formación que tiene el profesorado en cuanto a los proyectos de prevención de violencia de género y si tienen la suficiente formación al respecto. Esta formación es muy necesaria porque la violencia de género es un problema que nos afecta a toda la sociedad puesto que en el presente año 2021 han incrementado de manera preocupante los casos de violencia de género. Esta formación puede prevenir o actuar ante este tipo de casos e informar, sensibilizar y concienciar al alumnado al respecto para su futura disminución. Para la realización de este trabajo, se ha realizado una técnica mixta, cuantitativa y cualitativa mediante una encuesta dirigida a los/as profesionales de cuatro institutos y un colegio de Palma de Mallorca para averiguar lo anteriormente nombrado. Los resultados muestran que en gran medida sí que tienen formación pero que la tienen porque ellos han escogido formarse al respecto y que se han de mejorar este tipo de formaciones. Finalmente, como conclusión general encontramos que el profesorado no tiene la suficiente formación y que es necesario que esta sea obligatoria para todos/as.

[eng] This Final Degree Project shows a quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the training that teachers have in terms of gender violence prevention projects and whether they have sufficient training in this regard. This training is very necessary because gender violence is a problem that affects the whole of society, given that in the current year 2021, there has been a worrying increase in the number of cases of gender violence. This training can prevent or act against this type of cases and inform, sensitize, and raise awareness among students in order to reduce it in the future. In order to carry out this work, a mixed technique, quantitative and qualitative, was used by means of a survey addressed to professionals from four secondary schools and one school in Palma de Mallorca to find out the above-mentioned. The results show that to a large extent they do have training but that they have it because they have chosen to be trained in this respect and that this type of training needs to be improved. Finally, in conclusion, we find that teachers do not have sufficient training and that it is necessary to make it compulsory for all teachers.
