[eng] Moral education is essential, especially in adolescence. In the history of
philosophy, there are different views of how moral education should be attained.
These views can be grouped in three approaches: virtue-based approach,
cognitivist approach and sentimentalist approach. Apart from their theoretical
background, each of these approaches have pedagogical implications. Critical
analysis of these approaches’ theoretical background and pedagogical
implications points to game-based learning as a useful tool for moral education
in early adolescents, regardless of approach. Therefore, we propose an online,
and interdisciplinary gamification addressed to secondary education students. |
