Sensellarisme, salut mental i problemàtica de consums de substàncies. Reflexions a partir d'experiències pròpies professionalment a Palma de Mallorca

Abstract

[cat] El fenomen del sensellarisme és un fenomen multicausal i, per tant, tant homes com dones arriben al carrer per diverses vies i causes diferenciades. Aquest treball realitza una revisió bibliogràfica sobre el col·lectiu en qüestió: com afecta a aquetes persones el fet de viure al carrer, fent èmfasi en el possible consum de substàncies i en la salut mental. A més, es plasmen reflexions a partir d’experiències concretes i pròpies de SM i sensellarisme a Palma. Finalment, es donen algunes pinzellades de la realitat actual de les intervencions i acompanyament a aquest col·lectiu des dels serveis i recursos existents a Palma, així com les mancances que hi ha, per tal de conscienciar-nos de la realitat i poder millorar el benestar d’aquestes persones, podent arribar a ajudar-los a millorar en tots els àmbits de la seva vida amb l’objectiu de que puguin aconseguir un allotjament alternatiu ja que no hi ha dret que cap persona visqui al carrer.

[eng] The phenomenon of roofless is a multi-causal phenomenon and, therefore, both men and women come to the streets on various different roads and causes. This work carries out a bibliographic analysis of the group in question: what is the impact of living on the street on people, emphasising the possible consumption of substances and mental health. In addition, thoughts are drawn from the specific and unique experiences of SM and roofless in Palma. Finally, there are some brushstrokes of the current reality of interventions and accompaniment to this group from the existing services and resources in Palma, as well as the shortcomings that exist, in order to raise awareness of reality and to improve the well-being of these people, so that they can achieve alternative accommodation as there is no right for any person to live on the street.
