[eng] In recent years, there is an increasing concern on the development of hospitality sectors in China. Therefore, in order to improve hospitality sectors in China, job satisfaction of employees should be
greatly emphasized. It is quite worthy to investigate the relationship between training, education and
job satisfaction in the hospitality sector in China. This paper is going to investigate the relationship
between education and training and job satisfaction and its applications, in order to provide guidelines
for hospitality sectors in China.A qualitative analysis through 5 interviews and a quantitative statistical
analysis through 97 questionnaires are adopted. It finally makes a conclusion that there is a close
relationship between education and training and job satisfaction in the hospitality sector in China.
