Consecuencias del trabajo emocional en el sector turístico: ¿Riesgos psico sociales o salud laboral?

Abstract

[spa] En el presente trabajo se analizará como afrontan los cargos intermedios de un hotel las características de su puesto de trabajo durante la temporada turística. Concretamente se estudiará que ocurre en el Hotel Biomar de Sa Coma, uno de los hoteles de referencia en la zona de Llevant de la cadena hotelera mallorquina Protur. Mediante una encuesta realizada a los cargos intermedios del hotel se analizará cómo definen ellos mismos las características y las exigencias de su puesto de trabajo. De esta manera podremos analizar la salud emocional con la que cuentan en su puesto de trabajo para poder identificar y definir los factores psicosociales a los que pudieran estar más expuestos con el fin de aportar un plan de mejora a llevar a cabo por parte de la organización.

[eng] In this document, we will be study how the intermediate positions of a hotel deal with the characteristics of their job during the tourist season. Specifically, it will be studied what happen in Hotel Biomar of Sa Coma, one of the reference hotel in the Llevant área of the company Protur. Through a survey of the hotel’s middel managers, it will be analyzed how they define tha characteristics and demands of their job. In this way, we will be able to analyze the emotional health that their job provides them and to be able to identify and define the psychosocial factors to which they could be more exposed in order to be able to provice an improvement plan to be carried out by the organization.
