Anàlisi de la figura de l’orientador als Equips d’Atenció Primerenca de Mallorca

[cat] Els Equips d’Atenció Primerenca, i més concretament els orientadors, realitzen una tasca educativa molt important cap a alumnes, famílies i professionals del primer cicle d’Educació Infantil; etapa cabdal pel desenvolupament dels infants. Tot i així, l’augment de les necessitats educatives i dels centres on dirigir la seva tasca, ha provocat que el suport es rebi com a molt puntual i més enfocat a les necessitats dels alumnes. Per altra part, la falta de documentació específica dels orientadors/es de l’etapa 0-3, fa que resulti necessari el seu anàlisi. Per aquest motiu s’ha realitzat una investigació que pretén conèixer el rol de l’orientador a l’illa de Mallorca des de dos vessants: mestres del primer cicle d’Educació Infantil i orientadors dels Equips d’Atenció Primerenca. La investigació realitzada és de caràcter no experimental emmarcada dins el mètode deductiu. S’han realitzat un total de 62 enquestes a mestres de centres públics i privats (Adherits a la Xarxa Complementària) i 8 entrevistes telefòniques a orientadors de diferents EAP de l’illa de Mallorca. Els resultats obtinguts demostren que els darrers anys s’ha avançat notablement en aquest camp, però que encara es necessita seguir treballant en aspectes clau com la formació dels professionals, la unificació de criteris de treball, la definició clara de les tasques dels orientadors i l’augment de personal educatiu per arribar a tot l’alumnat. En conclusió, l’etapa 0-3 es troba en un moment de reconeixement social, que ha avançat significativament, però que no ha de quedar en l’oblit i s’ha de seguir treballant pel desenvolupament dels infants.

[eng] The Early Childhood Care Teams, and more specifically the counselors, carry out a very important educational task for pupils, families and professionals in the first cycle of Infant Education; a key stage in the development of children. However, the increase in educational needs and in the number of centers where they carry out their work has meant that support has become very occasional and more focused on the needs of the pupils. On the other hand, the lack of specific documentation of the guidance counselors for the 0-3 stage makes it necessary to analyze it. For this reason, an investigation has been carried out which aims to understand the role of the counselor on the island of Mallorca from two perspectives: teachers of the first cycle of Infant Education and counselors of the Primary Care Teams. The research carried out is of a non-experimental nature, using the deductive method. A total of 62 surveys were carried out with teachers from public and private schools (members of the Complementary Network) and 8 telephone interviews with counselors from different EAPs on the island of Mallorca. The results obtained show that considerable progress has been made in this field in recent years, but that there is still a need to continue working on key aspects such as the training of professionals, the unification of work criteria, the clear definition of the tasks of guidance counselors and the increase in educational staff to reach all pupils. In conclusion, the 0-3 stage is at a time of social recognition, which has made significant progress, but which must not be forgotten and we must continue to work for the development of children.
