L’Aprenentatge basat en el joc com element motivador. Estratègies per minimitzar l’abandonament escolar dins la Formació Professional Bàsica

[cat] A dia d’avui existeix un percentatge elevat de l’alumnat que abandona els estudis obligatoris. Les causes són diverses, poden ser internes o externes al centre educatiu. Els docents podran actuar des de dintre del centre. Tot coneixement de la situació que afecta a l’alumnat en qüestió, benvingut serà. Han d’intentar apropar-se a l’estudiant i actuar de forma que els hi permeti connectar amb ell i animar-lo a seguir formant-se. És molt important saber de la persona afectada i si necessita motivació, motivarla, si necessita una especial atenció, donar-li... l’objectiu final és tenir una societat formada amb qualitat, sent bàsic que l’alumnat es graduï amb l’ESO en primer lloc, per donar pas a seguir amb estudis superiors. Per arribar a assolir aquest objectiu no queda més remei que atreure l’alumnat amb risc de sortir del sistema. Com a proposta educativa per combatre aquest problema, es plantejarà motivar i enganxar a l’alumnat amb dificultats d’assolir el títol de graduat amb l’ESO, fent un canvi de l’ús de la metodologia tradicional emprada a la formació professional bàsica (FPB) per la de l’aprenentatge basat en el joc (ABJ).

[eng] Nowadays, there is a high percentage of students who drop out of the compulsory educational system. The causes are diverse and they can be internal or external to the school. Teachers will be able to act from within the school. Any knowledge regarding this is issue affecting the students will be welcome. They should try to get closer to the students and act in a way that will allow him to connect with them and encourage him to continue with his educational process. It is very important to identify the possible drop out and determine if the student needs motivation, motivate him, if he needs special attention, provide it... the ultimate goal is to have a quality formed society with Secondary school certificate holders in order to continue with higher education. To achieve this goal there is no other choice but to motivate students at risk of abandoning the educational system. In order to tackle this aspect, it will be proposed to motivate and engage students with difficulties in obtaining the Secondary school certificate. A change in the Basic vocational training traditional methodology into game based learning would take place as part of this process.
