La visibilización del colectivo trans en el sistema educativo: una Guía de Buenas Prácticas

[eng] Most of the world's societies, especially Western ones, have always had the need to label and differentiate what is "normal" from what is not. In these processes of differentiation and establishment of values and norms, the LGTBI + collective, and especially the trans collective, has been rejected and made invisible, relegating their lives to secrecy. The objective of this work is to provide a new constructive perspective on this invisibility to learn from it and create a more just, equitable and free future. Education must become the instrument for the transformation of society, giving a voice to people from the trans community, promoting and vindicating diversity. For this, this Good Practice Guide has been created that, based on the in-depth and semi-structured interview, collects the proposals of trans people to improve their passage through the educational system avoiding transphobia.

[spa] La mayoría de las sociedades del mundo, en especial las occidentales, han tenido siempre la necesidad de etiquetar y diferenciar aquello que es “normal” de aquello que no lo es. En estos procesos de diferenciación y establecimiento de valores y normas, el colectivo LGTBI+, y en especial el colectivo trans, ha sido rechazado e invisibilizado relegando sus vidas a la clandestinidad. El objetivo de este trabajo es aportar una nueva perspectiva constructiva acerca de esta invisibilización para poder aprender de ella y crear un futuro más justo, equitativo y libre. La educación debe convertirse en el instrumento de transformación de la sociedad, dando voz a las personas del colectivo trans, promoviendo y reivindicando la diversidad. Para ello se ha creado esta Guía de Buenas Prácticas que, a partir de la entrevista en profundidad y la semiestructurada, recoge las propuestas de las personas trans para mejorar su paso por el sistema educativo, evitando la transfobia en el ámbito educativo.
