Análisis de los conflictos éticos sobre el uso bélico de la robótica

[spa] El uso de la robótica en el ámbito militar, más con el grado de desarrollo en la capacidad de atacar de forma autónoma, plantea unos conflictos éticos, morales y legales para los que posiblemente no estamos preparados. ¿Resulta lícito el uso de robots en el ámbito militar? ¿Es admisible que tengan autonomía en el uso de la fuerza? Estamos hablando de robots letales ¿cómo se tendrían que comportar en combate?, ¿puede un robot tener un comportamiento más ético que un soldado? ¿Nos conduce esto a un nuevo escenario bélico más distópico? Este trabajo se pretende esbozar el marco actual con los problemas y planteamientos que surgen al respecto

[eng] The use of robotics in the military field, more with the degree of development in the ability to attack autonomously, raises ethical, moral and legal conflicts for which we are possibly not prepared. Is it legal to use robots in the military field? Is it permissible for them to have autonomy in the use of the force? We are talking about lethal robots, how should they behave in combat? Could be a robot more ethically than a soldier? Does this lead us to a new, more dystopian war scenario? This work is intended to outline the current framework with the problems and approaches that arise in this regard.
