Ús de la Intel·ligència Artificial i del Pensament Lean per millorar l'experiència dels estudiants universitaris

[cat] En els darrers anys, la Intel·ligència Artifical (IA) ha experimentat un progrés significatiu. S’han desenvolupat i millorat algunes tècniques com el Processament del Llenguatge Natural, i els àmbits d’aplicació de les eines que fan ús de la IA s’han ampliat. Un dels nous entorns d’aplicació de la IA és l’educatiu, que ja es beneficia dels avantatges que poden aportar les eines basades en IA. Durant aquest Treball de Fi de Màster s’investiguen els beneficis i les aplicacions de la Intel·ligència Artificial en l’àmbit educatiu per valorar la possibilitat d’implementar una eina que permeti aportar més valor als alumnes de l’assignatura Gestió de Projectes del grau d’Enginyeria Informàtica de la Universitat de les Illes Balears. La recerca sistemàtica d’aplicacions que fan ús de la Intel·ligència Artificial ha permès trobar nombrosos estudis sobre les múltiples formes d’utilitzar la IA per aportar més valor als estudiants. Aquests estudis han estat analitzats i, han estat utililitzats com a guia per seleccionar les millores resultants del Treball de Fi de Grau defensat el curs 2019-2020 i que poden ser implementades mitjançant una eina que faci ús de la IA. En concret, a aquest Treball de Fi de Màster es planteja el desenvolupament i implantació d’un xatbot.

[eng] In the last years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has experimented a significant progress. Some techniques like Natural Language Processing have been developed and improved and each day the use of tools that employ AI is becoming more popular in many different environments. One of these environments is education, as it benefits from the advantages that AI based tools can provide. During this Master’s Thesis we research the benefits and applications of Artificial Intelligence in the field of education to assess the possibility of implementing a chatbot as a tool that can provide more value to the students of the Project Management subject of the Computer Engineering Degree at University of the Balearic Islands. The systematic research of applications has resulted in the finding of numerous studies that show multiple ways of applying AI to provide more value for the students. These studies have been analyzed and used as a guide to select the resulting improvements of the Final Degree Project defended in the 2019-2020 academic year that can be implemented by means of an AI tool.
