[spa] La Contabilidad Forense es una rama de la Contabilidad que está especializada en dar evidencias y aportar pruebas ante un Juez o Tribunal de que se han cometido delitos económicos. Para ello es esencial el conocimiento de los principales delitos económicos que pueden ser detectados mediante el uso de herramientas de la Contabilidad Forense. La Contabilidad Forense ha tenido un gran desarrollo en los países latinoamericanos y en Norte América, hecho propiciado por el aumento de la actividad delictiva en esos países. En España y en Europa se empiezan a observar los primeros atisbos de esta rama que puede ofrecer soluciones al gran aumento de delitos en el ámbito empresarial.
Los delitos contra el patrimonio y contra el orden socioeconómico del Título XIII o los delitos contra la Hacienda Pública y la Seguridad Social del Título XIV pueden ser detectados mediante el análisis de los estados financieros, el Big Data o inspección de los ordenadores, herramientas que se encuentran a disposición del contable forense. To achieve this task is essential the knowledge of the most important crimes that can be discovered with the use of Forensic Accounting methods. The Forensic Accounting have had a huge growth in south American and north American countries due to the increased number of criminal activities. When talking about Spain and Europe we have noticed the first steps of this Accounting branch that can bring solutions to the problem of economic crimes.
The crimes against the heritage and the socioeconomic order in the Title XIII or the crimes against the Public Estate and Social Security in the Title XIV can be detected with the analysis of the Financial Statements, the use of Big Data or the computer inspection, all of these tools that can use the forensic accountant.
