Abstract

[eng] This end-of-grade work is about the feasibility analysis of a tourism project, the creation of a hotel. It focuses on determining the cost- effectiveness of a project to open a 3-star hotel in Mallorca. To get started, we have obtained the hotel industry data needed for the funding project through a market analysis. To continue, we have defined the variables necessary to analyze the future valuation of the project, as well as we have made projections of the elements of the economic and financial structure. To conclude, we have analyzed the possible scenarios of the project in the future, as well as made projections of the previously calculated variables adapting them to these possible scenarios. One scenario is optimistic and the other is pessimistic, in order to get as close as possible to reality.
