Regulación jurídica del alquiler turístico vacacional. Especial referencia a la regulación de las Islas Baleares

[spa] En el presente trabajo se ha llevado a cabo un análisis comparativo de las distintas regulaciones y normativas existentes que regulan los alquileres turísticos tanto a nivel nacional como a nivel autonómico. Posteriormente se ha dedicado un apartado adicional a la realización de una observación más profunda sobre la regulación de los alquileres turísticos en las Islas Baleares. Finalmente se ha realizado una aproximación a las leyes que regulan las viviendas turísticas en algunas de las ciudades internacionales que más turistas reciben anualmente, así como una breve conclusión para poder comprender mejor el contenido del trabajo. El objetivo final del trabajo es poder analizar la regulación de las viviendas turísticas en las ciudades o destinos más importantes del sector.

[eng] In the present work, a comparative analysis of the different existing regulations and standards that regulate tourist rentals has been carried out both at the national and regional levels. Subsequently, an additional section has been dedicated to carrying out a more in-depth observation on the regulation of tourist rentals in the Balearic Islands. Finally, an approach has been made to the laws that regulate tourist homes in some of the international cities that receive the most tourists annually, as well as a brief conclusion to better understand the content of the work. The final objective of this work is to be able to analyze the regulation of tourist housing in the most important cities or destinations in the sector.
