Abstract

[spa] El trabajo consistirá en crear un proyecto hotelero innovador que destaque por su exclusividad y privacidad. Haremos una introducción en la que hablaremos de porque hemos decidido realizar este trabajo, a continuación, analizaremos la posible competencia a nivel mundial y el comportamiento de los clientes exigentes. Seguidamente pasaremos a detallar las características que presentará nuestro hotel villa. Para finalizar, haremos un pequeño resumen de como ha afectado la COVID-19 al sector hotelero y una breve conclusión del trabajo realizado.

[eng] Our work will be about a new hotel project, where the items most important will be the exclusivity and the privacy. Firstly, we will introduce our work and we will talk about why we decided to do this project. Secondly, we will talk about our possible international competence and about guests’ experiences. Thirdly we will talk about all the features that our villa hotel will then we will mention the Covid-19 and how affected the tourism and finally we will summarize all our work.
