dc.description.abstract	[eng] This bachelor’s degree thesis aims to analyze the feasibility of a hotel investment project, in order to determine its profitability. To begin with, the feasibility analysis of the project will be carried out, determining in principle the amount to be invested, as well as its financing, and in addition certain forecasts will be realized that will allow to calculate the cash flows and therefore know the profitability of the project. Finally, and in order to avoid risks in future situations, a scenario analysis will be performed.	ca
