Abstract

[spa] Inmersos en un mundo tan tecnológico, el Big Data está en continua evolución y en sectores como el turístico se favorecen de sus diversas aplicaciones. Las empresas usan esta herramienta para almacenar datos y algunas lo combinan con el marketing. Grandes empresas de diferentes campos ya han tenido grandes éxitos con su uso. Este trabajo, incluye un análisis sobre una empresa de éxito en las Baleares dedicada al sector turístico, para observar que métodos usan con el Big Data y si lo combinan con el marketing.

[eng] Immersed in such a technological world, Big Data is constantly evolving and sectors such as tourism benefit from its various applications. Businesses use this tool to store data and some combine it with marketing. Large companies from different fields have already had great successes with its use. This work includes an analysis of a successful company in the Balearic Islands dedicated to the tourism sector, to observe what methods they use with Big Data and if they combine it with marketing.
