Análisis de los alojamientos turísticos de viviendas de alquiler, en la zona del norte de Mallorca

[spa] Este Proyecto, presenta un análisis de los aspectos fundamentales de las estancias turísticas de vacaciones, de la zona norte de la isla de Mallorca. En primer lugar, se manifiesta una breve introducción para dar una visión global del proyecto, así como el estado de la cuestión. Seguidamente, nos remontamos a la evolución del turismo de Mallorca y la creación de estos establecimientos turísticos. Luego, empezamos con un análisis más detallado sobre la oferta y la demanda, haciendo hincapié a la importancia de la económica colaborativa, así como, la creación de plataformas web, que han sido la causa de la comercialización y la culminación de este negocio. No obstante, indagaremos sobre el marco regulador de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se rige este tipo de establecimientos, así como el impacto económico y social. Finalmente, se añaden dos cuestionarios que se han realizado tanto a propietarios de estancias turísticas vacacionales, como ha diferentes personas para averiguar sus preferencias alojativas.

[eng] In this project, an analysis of the fundamental aspects of vacation rentals for tourists, from the north of the Islas of Mallorca. In the first place, a brief introduction is given to give a global vision of the Project, as well as the state of the matter. Then, we go back to the evolution for tourism in Mallorca and the creation of this type of tourist establishments. Then, we start with more detailed analysis on supply and demand, emphasizing the importance of the sharing economy, as well as, the creation of web platforms, that have been the cause of the commercialization and the culmination of this business. Nevertheless, we will inquire about the regulatory framework of the Balearic Island, by which this type of establishments is governed, as well as the economic and social impact. Finally, two questionnaires are added that have been carried out both to owners of vacation rentals for tourists, as well as to different people to find out their accommodation preferences.
