Evaluación de un proyecto empresarial, Guest House en Tailandia

Abstract

[spa] En el presente trabajo, se ha realizado una evaluación de un proyecto empresarial. Dicha evaluación trata sobre la puesta en marcha de un guest house en Tailandia, concretamente en la isla de Koh kut. Se realiza un estudio sobre el mercado turístico en Tailandia donde se podrá comprobar el alto peso turístico y el crecimiento exponencial turístico en la región. Se analizará la legislación para la creación de una sociedad en Tailandia. La siguiente parte del trabajo abordará una descripción sobre el proyecto así como una evaluación económico-financiera para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto.

[eng] In this final project, an evaluation of a business project has been carried out. This evaluation deals with the start-up of a guest house in Thailand, specifically on the island of Koh Kut. A market research is carried out on the tourism in Thailand where it will be posible to verify the high tourist weight and the exponential growth of tourism in the región. Legislation for the creation of a company in Thailand is analyzed. The next part of the work deals with a description of the project as well as an economic-financial evaluation to determine the viability of the Project.
