bibliographic search that allows us to determine whether or not there are significant

women, traditionally, use different leadership styles (while men tend towards a more
authoritarian and transactional style, women tend to opt for more transformational and
helpful styles towards others), but it is increasingly common to see female leaders using
more masculine styles. At the organizational level, it is necessary to sensitize workers
and dissolve the prejudices that revolve around women leaders.
