Análisis de necesidades formativas y propuesta de mejora en la cadena hotelera Hipotels

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo de fin de máster se va a presentar un análisis de la cadena hotelera Hipotels. Actualmente, la situación en general, pero sobre todo en el sector turístico no es muy idónea. Por este motivo, durante este trabajo se pretende aportar un grano de arena para que la situación vaya mejorando. Para ello, se ha realizado una detección de necesidades mediante entrevistas y cuestionarios. Una vez detectadas las necesidades, se ha creado un plan de formación para dar respuesta a dichas necesidades. Finalmente, el plan de formación se ha facilitado a la cadena hotelera para que lo ponga en marcha si lo considera oportuno. En el actual marco en que nos encontramos todos, provocado por la pandemia del COVID 19, es muy importante que las empresas intenten mejorar en la prestación de servicios o fabricación de productos y una de las herramientas más potentes para ello es la formación de sus plantillas, es por ello que me he decidido proponerles, a la cadena Hotelera Hipotels, diseñar un plan de formación específico para el departamento de bar y comedor, pero extrapolable a cualquier área con la intención de mejorar en la Calidad de los servicios que se dan en la mencionada área.

[eng] In the following Master's thesis, an analysis of the Hipotels hotel chain will be presented. Currently, the situation in general, but especially in the tourism sector, is not very suitable. For this reason, the aim of this thesis is to contribute a grain of sand to improve the situation. To this end, a needs assessment was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. Once the needs were detected, a training plan was created to respond to these needs. Finally, the training plan has been provided to the hotel chain so that they can implement it if they consider it appropriate. In the current framework in which we all find ourselves, caused by the pandemic of COVID 19, it is very important that companies try to improve in the provision of services or manufacture of products and one of the most powerful tools for this is the training of their staff, which is why I have decided to propose to the hotel chain Hipotels, to design a specific training plan for the bar and dining room department, but extrapolated to any area with the intention of improving the quality of services provided in that area.
