Covid-19 y turismo

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo se pretende realizar un análisis sobre los impactos que ha generado la pandemia del COVID-19 en el sector turístico mundial, español y balear. Es importante analizar el impacto en el sector porque este es generador de un gran número de empleos y es de los principales aportadores en las economías mundiales. Debido a la importancia del sector, se necesitan medidas y pautas para encaminarse hacia una rápida recuperación y para ello, se analizarán cuatro artículos a partir de los cuales se intentará determinar qué camino hay que seguir para afrontar la temporada turística con cierta normalidad y lograr que el cliente se sienta seguro a la hora de viajar.

[eng] This work aims to analyze COVID-19 pandemic that has affected the touristic sector globally, and in particular in Spain and the Balearic Islands. It is important to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 on tourism sector as this sector generates a large number of jobs and it is one of the main contributors to world economies. This is why it is extremely important to agree on measures and guidelines to move towards a rapid recovery. I analyse four papers to determine the path to follow to face the tourist season with a certain degree of normality and ensure that the customer feels safe when traveling.
