La "Suite compostelana" de Federico Mompou: un acercamiento a su estética

Abstract

ESP: Este trabajo nos propone un acercamiento interpretativo a la obra para guitarra sola Suite Compostelana de Federico Mompou a través del análisis de las diferentes facetas del compositor. Para ello he estructurado el trabajo investigando sobre su vida familiar, situación cultural, social y musical, las diferentes etapas de su vida y los rasgos de su estética musical. Esto nos servirá para tener una amplia visión de cara a interpretar esta obra, todo ello estudiando la edición y grabación publicada en los años sesenta por el guitarrista Andrés Segovia. Con estas fuentes podremos investigar y sacar nuestras propias conclusiones adaptadas al intérprete del S.XXI. / EN: This essay proposes an interpretive approach to the work Suite Compostelana for solo guitar by Federico Mompou through the analysis of the different aspects of the composer. For this purpose, I have structured the essay investigating about his family life, his cultural, social and musical situation, the different stages of his life and the features of his musical style. This will help us to have a broad vision in order to perform this work, by studying the edition and recording published in the seventies by the guitarist Andrés Segovia. With these sources we will be able to investigate and draw our own conclusions adapted to the 21st century performer.
