Comparative accounting analysis of two hotel companies: Hilton and Marriott Bonvoy

Abstract

[eng] This financial project pretends to perform an economic and financial analysis of Hilton and Marriott Bonvoy., two large international hotel companies. First, an individual analysis is performed and then the results of both companies will be compared. finally, the main economic-financial indicators of each of them will be compared with those of their sector. in this way, it will be known whether these companies really create value for shareholders and meet their financial objectives.
