Resiliencia en el sector turístico después de la pandemia: caso de España y sus CCAA

[spa] El siguiente trabajo estudia la resiliencia del sector turístico de Galicia y el sector turístico de las Islas Baleares ante una de las mayores crisis que se ha enfrentado, el Covid-19. Primero definimos la palabra resiliencia y como podemos medir la en el sector turístico. A continuación se detallan los planes o estrategias que cada destino ha utilizado acorde con los recursos y características de cada uno. El estudio de los datos reflejan el descenso de los principales marcadores turísticos y como va evolucionando a medida que la situación sanitaria mejora. Además se compara como ambos destinos y las estrategias seguidas de cada uno.

[eng] The following work studies the resilience of the tourism sector in Galicia and the tourism sector in the Balearic Islands in the face of one of the biggest crises it has faced, Covid-19. First we define the word resilience and how we can measure it in the tourism sector. The plans or strategies that each destination has used according to the resources and characteristics of each one are detailed below. The study of the data reflects the decrease in the main tourist markers and how it is evolving as the health situation improves. In addition, it compares how both destinations and the strategies followed by each one.
