El Bar Plata y su importancia para el desarrollo local y el turismo

[spa] El trabajo consta de una descripción de uno de los establecimientos emblemáticos de la ciudad de Palma, llamado Bar Plata, dentro del sector de la restauración y la gastronomía de Mallorca. Primeramente, se introduce una descripción de la empresa y su actividad comercial. Se pretende hacer un estudio del entorno macroeconómico, elaborado a través del análisis PEST. A continuación, se ha procedido a analizar el entorno microeconómico procediendo al estudio de las cinco fuerzas de Porter juntamente con el análisis DAFO. Más adelante, conocer las colaboraciones e implicaciones del sector público y su influencia en este tipo de comercios. Finalmente, se ha tenido en cuenta la afectación de la pandemia en este tipo de establecimientos tanto a nivel social como económico, y en conclusión se han propuesto y sugerido acciones que la empresa podría tener presentes además de ofrecer un punto de vista personal.

[eng] The work consists of a description of one of the emblematic establishments of the city of Palma, called Bar Plata, within the sector of restoration and gastronomy of Mallorca. First, a description of the company and its commercial activity is introduced. It is intended to make a study of the macroeconomic environment, prepared through the PEST analysis. Next, the microeconomic environment has been analyzed by studying Porter's five forces together with the SWOT analysis. Later, learn about the collaborations and implications of the public sector and its influence on this type of business. Finally, the impact of the pandemic on this type of establishment has been taken into account, both at a social and economic level, and in conclusion, actions have been proposed and suggested that the company could take into account in addition to offering a personal point of view.
