Plan de comercialización y viabilidad de negocio para una empresa organizadora de eventos corporativos en Palma de Mallorca

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo final se basa en un estudio investigativo que permitirá elaborar un plan de comercialización para una agencia organizadora de eventos corporativos que lleva por nombre “Con Nosotros”, que presta sus servicios en Palma de Mallorca. En adelante, se encuentran los aspectos relevantes sobre el público meta elegido mediante la caracterización de la oferta de organización eventos, del mismo modo se describe la situación actual sobre el turismo de reuniones y negocios en la Isla y el motivo del por qué este segmento es imprescindible de abordar tomando en cuenta el beneficio que tendría el sector turístico en Mallorca como destino MICE.

[eng] The present final work is based on an investigative study that will allow the elaboration of a marketing plan for a corporate event organizing agency called "With Us", which provides its services in Palma de Mallorca. Hereinafter, the relevant aspects about the chosen target audience are found through the characterization of the event organization offer, in the same way the current situation about meeting and business tourism on the Island is described and the reason why this segment is essential to address taking into account the benefit that the tourism sector would have in Mallorca as a MICE destination.
