dc.description.abstract [eng] China, has a large population, but, despite that, their people are not so free to travel around the world because of the other countries' scarce adaptation to them, so they travel to countries that are promoted on a large scale and are well suited to their needs, of which there are few. In this study, we will analyse all aspects of Chinese culture from the perspective of tourism in Spain, more specifically, the Balearic Islands, an area largely unknown to the Chinese people. Our goal is to propose measures to improve our services and to adapt to the necessities of Chinese people to attract them, so they can have a fully positive experience in the Balearic Islands.
