Cuestiones para tener en cuenta en la creación de un agroturismo

Abstract

[spa] En Baleares, desde los inicios del turismo, las vacaciones elegidas por el turista era el de sol y playa, pero años atrás se fueron incorporando nuevas modalidades de turismo, en nuestro caso, el turismo rural. Como indicaremos más adelante, el turismo rural desarrolla las actividades es en un medio rural. El agroturismo forma parte de este sector de mercado, en el cual por ley debe tener actividad agraria y/o ganadera con un mínimo del 50% de UTH y la otra parte debe ser dedicada al turismo. Así se aprovecha el terreno de las “Possesions” que están en el olvido en muchos lugares de España. El objetivo de este trabajo será estudiar las diferencias que existen en el sector turístico, donde situar nuestro agroturismo, que requisitos son necesarios, así como, las cuestiones para tener en cuenta para poder constituir dicho establecimiento.

[eng] In the Balearic Island, from the beginnings of the tourism, the tourist’s vacations chosen by them was Sun and Beach, but years ago, they were incorporating new modalities of tourism, in our case, the rural tourism. As we will indicate later, rural tourism develops activities in a rural environment. Agrotourism is part of this market sector, which by law must have agricultural and/or livestock activity with a minimum of 50% of UTH and the other part must be dedicated to tourism. In this way the land of the “Possessions” that are in oblivion in many places of Spain is taken advantage of. The objective of this work will be to study the differences that exist in the tourist sector, where to place our agrotourism, which requirements are necessary, as well as the questions to consider to be able to constitute this establishment.
