[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es averiguar en qué medida difiere el comportamiento de consumo de agua de los distintos segmentos turísticos (turistas de sol y playa, turistas de naturaleza, turistas de fiesta, turistas deportivos y turistas culturales) en Mallorca. Para responder a esta pregunta, la Facultad de Turismo de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares (España) desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo en colaboración con la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y del Comportamiento de la Universidad de Groningen (Países Bajos). Las encuestas se realizaron diariamente en el aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca y en un hotel de Capdepera, entre noviembre y diciembre de 2021. En el estudio, la mayoría de los encuestados procedían de Alemania, España e Inglaterra, los principales turistas clásicos de la isla. El análisis del estudio demostró que la mayoría de los segmentos que se encontraban en Mallorca en otoño estaban concienciados con el ahorro de agua y una gran mayoría se comportó de esta manera. Los dos segmentos más importantes en esta época del año eran los turistas culturales y de naturaleza. En las preguntas sobre las normas personales en materia de ahorro de agua, la mayoría de todos los segmentos se situó en el rango afirmativo. En el segmento de turistas de fiesta, hubo fuertes extremos dentro del grupo en el rango afirmativo, así como en el rango negativo para las preguntas sobre las normas de ahorro de agua durante la estancia.
[eng] The aim of this work is to find out to what extent the water consumption behaviour of the different tourism segments (sun and beach tourists, nature tourists, party tourists, sports tourists, and cultural tourists) on Mallorca differs. To answer this question, a quantitative study was developed by the Faculty of Tourism of the University of the Balearic Islands (Spain) in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences of the University of Groningen (Netherlands). Surveys were conducted daily at Palma de Mallorca Airport and a hotel in Capdepera, between November and December 2021. In the study, most of the respondents came from Germany, Spain and England, the classic main tourists on the island. The analysis of the study showed that the majority of the segments that were in Mallorca in autumn were aware of saving water and a large majority behaved in this way. The two largest segments at this time of year were cultural and nature tourists. In the questions about personal norms on the subject of saving water, the majority of all segments were in the affirmative range. In the party tourist segment, there were strong extremes within the group in the affirmative range, as well as in the negative range for questions about the norms for saving water during the stay.
