Plan de innovación turística público-privada para la modernización de una zona turística madura: Magaluf

[spa] La finalidad de este trabajo es entender por qué se produce la degradación de una zona turística, qué factores conducen a ello y cómo podemos solucionarlo. En este caso, hemos analizado la zona turística de Magaluf, conocida por todos debido al turismo de excesos que predomina en la zona desde hace ya varios años. Para ello, primero se ha realizado un análisis de la evolución turística de la zona para intentar comprender mejor los motivos que nos han llevado a la situación actual. A continuación, se han analizado las iniciativas público-privadas que han intentado mitigar esta problemática y se ha llevado a cabo un pequeño análisis social a través de entrevistas con los propios residentes, comerciantes y turistas para tener una visión más heterogénea y cercana a la realidad. Finalmente, se ha propuesto un plan de reconversión turística cuya finalidad es la de acabar con este conflicto y así hacer de Magaluf un destino atractivo, de calidad y seguro para el turista.

[eng] The purpose of this work is to understand why the degradation of a tourist area occurs, what are the factors that lead to it and how we can solve it. In this case, we will analyse the tourist area of Magaluf, known by all due to the tourism of excesses that predominates in the area for several years now. To carry out on it, we will do an analysis of the tourist development of the area will first be made to try to understand better the reasons that have led us to the current situation. Then, the public-private initiatives that have tried to mitigate this problem will be analysed and a small social analysis will be carried out through interviews with the residents themselves, merchants and tourists to have a more heterogeneous and close-to-reality view. Finally, a tourist conversion plan will be proposed whose purpose will be to end this conflict and thus make Magaluf an attractive, quality and safe destination for tourists.
